Tricia Stewart

Tricia Stewart is Executive Vice President, Chief People Officer at Sana Biotechnology.
Prior to joining Sana, Tricia served as Senior Vice President, Chief People Officer at FibroGen, a US- and China-headquartered public biotechnology company, where she and her team supported the transformation of culture, organizational structure, total rewards, employee engagement, and talent management and growth to prepare for US commercialization.
Prior to FibroGen, Tricia held diverse global HR leadership positions for more than 10 years at Genentech and Roche, most recently as Head of HR for the US Commercial function at Genentech, where she supported the CEO and leadership team in executing a reimagined customer engagement model. Prior to that, she served as VP Pharma International HR in Basel, Switzerland where she supported the commercial regional executives and General Managers of more than 100 countries; VP Product Development HR in San Francisco, where she supported the Chief Medical Officer for Roche and Genentech through a significant portfolio prioritization; and Head of Global Mobility in Basel, Switzerland, where she managed the expatriate talent management function for Roche and Genentech worldwide.
Before her career in life sciences, Tricia managed the human resources consulting practice for a Hong Kong-based global mobility services company, Crown, where she supported talent management change initiatives for clients such as Unilever, Novartis, imFlash (a joint tech venture in Singapore of Micron/Intel), and Cirque du Soleil.
To complement her BA degree in Economics and International Business from Fairfield University in Fairfield, Connecticut, Tricia completed her co-active coaching curriculum in London, England in 2020.
