Aaron Grossman is the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer at Sana Biotechnology.

Prior to Sana, from 2011 to 2025, Aaron served as Chief Legal Officer for ZOLL Medical Corporation, a global medical device company based in Chelmsford, MA, where he led the company’s Legal & Compliance Department, with responsibility for all aspects of law, compliance, intellectual property, and risk management. At times, his scope also included Corporate Human Resources and Corporate Business Development. From 2003 to 2011, he served as General Counsel for LeMaitre Vascular, Inc., a publicly traded medical device company based in Burlington, MA. From 1999 through 2002, Mr. Grossman was a corporate attorney at Goulston & Storrs in Boston. He received a bachelor’s degree in political science from Vassar College, a master’s degree in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, and a juris doctor degree magna cum laude from Harvard Law School.
